Processing Times

 

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when your package ships.

Please note:

  • Processing times may be extended during product launches, holidays, or promotional periods.

  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or federal holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

 

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

We currently offer the following shipping options:

  • USPS Ground Advantage

  • USPS Priority Mail

 

Shipping timelines are estimates provided by USPS and may vary based on destination and service conditions.

Delivery delays may occur due to factors outside of our control, including but not limited to:

  • USPS service disruptions

  • Weather conditions

  • Holidays

  • Other unforeseen circumstances

 

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking details so you can monitor its progress.

If you do not receive tracking information, please check your spam or promotions folder.

Shipping Delays

While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, flowerz is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carrier issues

  • Weather conditions

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses

 

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout.

flowerz is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at hello@pickflowerz.com. We will do our best to assist if the order has not yet shipped.

 

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once package is marked as delivered by the carrier, flowerz is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

If your package cannot be located:

  1. Check with neighbors or your local delivery office

  2. Contact the carrier directly

  3. Reach out to us at hello@pickflowerz.comand we will assist where possible
