flowerz is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at hello@pickflowerz.com. We will do our best to assist if the order has not yet shipped.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, flowerz is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
If your package cannot be located:

Contact the carrier directly
